I look forward to learning additional modalities and techniques through continuing education requirements with a keen interest towards the sports field and injury.  Throughout my training in class and on the public learned just how rewarding bodywork can be as a career being part of client's path to health.  In the spring of 2015 I completed my schooling for Myomassology and Reflexology and most recently completed schooling in the fall of 2016 for personal training with currently having over 3500 hours of experience.

Myomassology is a holistic approach to health which is a balance of the body, mind, and spirit.  Myomassology is a natural outgrowth of Swedish massage.  Some massage therapists who learned the basic Swedish technique started integrating other modalities into treatments.  An all-encompassing style of massage called Myomassology was then developed.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual is the “hallmark” of a Myomassology session.  It incorporates all forms of therapies including muscle and bodywork, pain and tension reduction, relaxation, movement therapy, and energy balancing and healing.

I'm a Myomassologist and Reflexologist fully insured and a registered member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada as well as a personal trainer registered through Canfitpro.   Aside from that I am a passionate, high performance distance running athlete and Nuun ambassador with a keen interest and drive towards a better functioning body from a variety of modalities.  My experience with being an elite athlete, having worked in a repetitive piece work environment factory and office work have given me the first hand experience in related issues and the success massage and personal training has to help live a healthier lifestyle.  Whether it be an athletic lifestyle, work or just day to day life activities I strive to help clients achieve relief and a better functioning body.
