I look forward to learning additional modalities and techniques through continuing education requirements with a keen interest towards the sports field and injury.  Throughout my previous training as a Myomassologist both in class and on the public I learned just how rewarding bodywork can be as a career and being part of client's path to health.  In the spring of 2015 I completed my schooling for Myomassology and Reflexology, fall of 2016 for personal training with currently having over 8000 hours of experience between bodywork and personal training.  Most recently I have finished schooling to become a Registered Massage Therapist finishing my last regulatory exam at the end of September.

Other areas I have completed training in are advanced joint mobilizations, orthopedic massage specialist for shoulder, foot and ankle, hip and pelvis, knee, forearm and hand, Precision Nutrition level 1 coach, Rehab U athletic prehab/rehab specialist badge as well as YTS body weight training for athletes and Exercise Therapy foot programming specialist certifications to name a few.

In my off time I love to spend time with my family exploring the outdoors, hiking, back country camping, fishing, looking for critters, playing guitar and playing ice hockey goalie!

WHAT IS MYOMASSOLOGY

Myomassology is a holistic approach to health which is a balance of the body, mind, and spirit.  Myomassology is a natural outgrowth of Swedish massage.  Some massage therapists who learned the basic Swedish technique started integrating other modalities into treatments.  An all-encompassing style of massage called Myomassology was then developed.

Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual is the “hallmark” of a Myomassology session.  It incorporates all forms of therapies including muscle and bodywork, pain and tension reduction, relaxation, movement therapy, and energy balancing and healing.
